SUSIE LEE

Susie Lee is a Democratic congresswoman representing Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District, a swing district centered in the Las Vegas area. First elected to Congress in 2018, Lee came to public service after a career in education and youth advocacy, helping found Nevada’s chapter of After-School All-Stars and leading Communities in Schools of Nevada. In Congress, she has built a reputation as a pragmatic, bipartisan lawmaker focused on lowering costs for families, expanding economic opportunity, improving infrastructure, protecting public lands and water resources, and supporting veterans and military families. A member of the House Appropriations Committee and the New Democrat Coalition, Lee also serves as the House Democratic Caucus’ Battleground Leadership Representative, giving a voice to members from the nation’s most competitive districts.
